Welcome to Flushop. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing or selling any digital goods.
1. General Terms
Flushop is a premium digital marketplace connecting creators with buyers. We provide the infrastructure for the sale of digital products including ebooks, courses, templates, and source code. All users must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
2. Digital Products & Delivery
All items on Flushop are digital downloads. Once a payment is confirmed, you will instantly receive access to the download link via your checkout success screen, order tracking page, and email receipt. Links are secured and expire after a set duration.
3. 7-Day Refund Policy
We stand by our products with a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If a digital product is profoundly different from its description, broken, or malicious, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Change-of-mind refunds for digital products are evaluated on a case-by-case basis due to the easily replicable nature of digital files.
4. Seller Guidelines
- Sellers retain 80% of their gross sales revenue. Flushop takes a 20% platform fee.
- Payouts are processed weekly via mobile money (MoMo) or bank transfer.
- Sellers must own the copyright or have express permission to sell any digital assets they list.
- Fraudulent, stolen, or illegal materials will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
5. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities, or engage in chargeback fraud. You may request account deletion at any time through your dashboard.
6. Limitation of Liability
Flushop provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or revenue loss incurred by using our services.
