Support Expectation: If a buyer complains that my digital asset (e.g., Windows script, template) is broken, I am responsible for providing a working fix.

Asset Standards: I agree to strictly follow product upload rules. Assets must be packaged correctly (e.g., .zip archives), thumbnails must be exactly 16:9 (min 1280x720px), and files must not exceed server limits.
